Fincar (Finasteride) by Cipla: results, dosages, cycles and side effects

Fincar is an oral drug manufactured by Cipla, India and containing Finasteride which is a synthetic reductase inhibitor that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone . Finasteride is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and male pattern baldness. It is also used to combat the androgenic effects of several medications in the human body. It can reduce such important side effects like oily skin or acne. Fincar is metabolized mainly by the liver, and caution should be used in persons with liver dysfunction. The usual dosage of this medication varies between 1 and 5 mg daily. While using Fincar patients may experience side effects as lumps, pain, or nipple discharge, rash, itching, hives, swelling of the lips and face, difficulty breathing or swallowing as well as decreased sexual desire, problems with ejaculation and pain in the testicles.
