Kamarga Flavored 100 mg is an oral drug manufactured by Ajanta Pharma, India and containing as active substance Sildenafil Citrate. It is used in medicine to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Kamarga assures the ability to achieve erections sufficient for sexual intercourse and to maintain erections after penetration. It acts by inhibiting cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5, an enzyme that regulates blood flow in the penis. The average dose of Kamarga (Sildenafil) is between 25 mg and 100 mf (50 mg most common), taken for about 1 hour before the sexual intercourse. The drug should not be taken on daily basis but only when it is necessary before the sexual act.
