zenegra-100 by Alkem: effects, dosage, cycle and possible side effects

Zenegra-100 is an oral drug manufactured by Alkem and containing as active substance Sildenafil Citrate. It is used in medicine to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. It acts by inhibiting cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5, an enzyme that promotes degradation of cGMP, which regulates blood flow in the penis. Once the enzyme penetrates the muscles in the penis starts getting relaxed and remains in that state for an extended period of time. This allows a rise in blood flow into the nerves and tissues of the penis. The dosage of Sildenafil is 50 mg daily, taken for about 1 hour before the sexual intercourse. The drug should not be taken on daily basis but only when it is necessary before the sexual act. The main side effects of Zenegra-100 are allergic reactions like rash, hives, itching, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, chest pain, fainting, fast or irregular heartbeat, memory loss, numbness of an arm or leg, etc. Zenegra-100 comes in boxes, each unit containing 100 pills (100 mg/pill).
